Duties:

Reception of information and formation of applications for transportation in the accounting program and control of their execution.

Control of the status of transportation applications.

Communication with the commercial department regarding the terms of fulfillment of applications for transportation. Information about the status of fulfillment of applications for transportation.

Interaction with the logistics department in terms of information exchange.

Interaction with the accounting department in terms of excise accounting and primary documents.

Posting of goods (compilation of a receipt in the accounting program).

Comparison of the data of the accompanying documents (TTN, shipment invoices) and the excise invoice.

Registration of incoming and outgoing excise invoices within the terms prescribed by law.

Printing and checking of delivery documents.

Goederen boeken (opstellen van een ontvangstbewijs in het boekhoudprogramma).

Vergelijking van de gegevens van de begeleidende documenten (TTN, vrachtbrieven) en de accijnsfactuur.

Registratie van inkomende en uitgaande accijnsfacturen binnen de wettelijk gestelde termijnen.
