Salary
The rate is £19.85 hr + £1200 per month for rent.

Job description

Duties:
- repair and installation of power lines,
- work at height,
- implementation of safety instructions and procedures,
- filling out documentation,
- cooperation with supervisors, engineers, warehouse employees, clerical staff.

Before starting work, the candidate undergoes all the necessary training, which lasts about 2-3 days. New employees are helped to open a bank account, and support is provided in finding suitable housing.

Work schedule
40-hour paid week.
1 hour of unpaid break per day.
Monday - Thursday, from 7 am to 6 pm.
Overtime is possible, paid from 1.5 to 2 times more than the hourly rate.

The employer covers £300 per week. Workers find their own housing. Company cars are provided for commuting to work.

Requirements:

- men, up to 40 years old, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position and communicative knowledge of the English language.

- Local candidates with a ready-made residence and work permit in England or those who are just going to apply for a visa (the condition for obtaining a visa is the presence of an IELTS language certificate at the minimum level of B1, the cost of obtaining a visa is paid by the client, with the subsequent return of this money to the client).

- All candidates will be interviewed by the client over the phone/online.

- Applicants must have category B licenses, the validity of which is at least 1 year before the expiration date. They must also sit and pass a practical test in the UK within 12 months of joining Avidety.

- Estimated cost of the visa = 730.20 euros (visa costs are covered by the employer, the employee pays this amount within 12 months).
The cost of the IELTS exam (required only for obtaining a visa) = 830 zł.
